slow wifi cockroach problem

The wifi signal was disappointing. It was slow on the first floor. i ended up using the co-working space. hygiene was also not the best. we found two cockroaches, one near the pool and one in the bathroom. the wooden floor didn't seem very clean, i noticed it when i tried to mop a little. i also struggled to find enough conveniently placed power sockets.
